Project Details

The project involved the renovation of the 4th floor at Acera Office, including the development of a test-fit plan to optimize space layout and functionality. Our team collaborated closely with mechanical and electrical engineering consultants to ensure all systems were fully integrated and compliant with building standards. A base building review was conducted to align the new design with the existing infrastructure.
T.i. STUDIOS served as the architectural prime consultant, providing a full scope of services including pre-design and due diligence, schematic design, design development, permitting, bidding and negotiations, construction documents, construction administration, interior design, and post-construction support. The interior design focused on creating a cohesive and functional environment that meets the client's operational needs while enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space.
