The Basecamp project involved a comprehensive renovation and tenant fit-out of a 22,797-square-foot industrial building, transforming it into a showroom and retail sales space for motorsports equipment.
Our services included a land-use amendment to change the zoning from I-G (Industrial General) to I-C (Industrial Commercial) to accommodate the tenant's operational needs.
Additionally, we oversaw the pre-design, due diligence, schematic design, design development, permitting, construction documents, and contract administration phases. The project also included exterior renovations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and enhancing the building's aesthetic appeal.
