The project involved the renovation of a 3,573-square-foot retail space at Market Mall, transforming a former clothing store into the new Discovery Hut toy store. The renovation was guided by design criteria provided by the Property Management Group, ensuring alignment with the mall's aesthetic standards while creating a vibrant and playful environment for customers.
Our services included the development of permit drawings, tender drawings, and comprehensive coordination throughout the design and approval process. We managed the interior finish selection and refined design details, providing a cohesive look and feel for the store.
Additionally, we coordinated 3D artwork, signage, and graphic design to enhance the store's visual appeal and brand identity.
