The project involved the tenant interior design for a new Wellness and Generation Spa, located in SW Calgary. This 5,700-square-foot facility was designed in close collaboration with the client to embody a serene and luxurious environment. The design aligns with the brand's standards while introducing a nature-inspired theme that promotes tranquility and well-being.
The interior design team provided a comprehensive scope of services, ranging from pre-design /due diligence, schematic design through to and including post-construction support. A critical component of the project was the coordination of all tenant equipment specifications, including float tanks, infrared saunas, and hydrotherapy units. This required meticulous collaboration with mechanical and electrical consultants to ensure seamless integration with the upgraded electrical capacity of 600A. The team optimized the layout, power requirements, and ventilation systems to ensure all equipment operated efficiently without compromising the spa's ambiance.
This new generation and wellness spa includes a modern and calming environment that caters to clients seeking premium holistic services.
