Project Details

The project involves the development of a brand-new gym spanning 29,495 square feet, located within the Taza Shops at Buffalo Run, one of the largest First Nations developments in North America. As the first tenant of this new build, the gym was designed in close collaboration with the client to ensure alignment with corporate standards, resulting in a modern and attractive fitness facility that meets the brand's design, look, and feel.
Our team provided comprehensive services throughout the project's lifecycle, including pre-design and due diligence, schematic design, design development, permitting, bidding and negotiation, construction documents, contract administration, and post-construction support.The project not only enhances the local community by promoting and developing the area but also delivers a state-of-the-art gym experienceto its members.
