Project Details

This project encompassed the full design and delivery of a purpose-built educational facility dedicated to STEM and innovation. The building was conceived to support flexible, high-tech learning environments-laboratories, fabrication spaces, collaborative zones-and administrative and support functions, all under a unified architectural framework.
From the earliest phase, emphasis was placed on integrated design coordination and operational workflow. Workshops with stakeholders captured required circulation patterns, technical infrastructure, and space adaptability. The project team maintained a responsive and synchronized process, aligning the client, consultants and contractors across all design, documentation and construction phases.
Architectural and interior components were developed with rigorous attention to building code compliance, accessibility, fire and life safety, and long-term growth and resilience. The permitting process and coordination with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction were led by the architectural team to ensure full alignment with Alberta regulatory standards while delivering a modern, functionally efficient facility capable of supporting advanced STEM educational programming.
