The project involved the tenant interior build-out for YYC Pickleball, Calgary's newest facility dedicated to the rapidly growing sport of pickleball. This 14,500-square-foot facility was designed in close collaboration with the client to create an optimal court layout and service areas, aligning with their corporate standards while introducing a unique interior design theme that reflects the vibrant energy of the sport.
Our team provided a full scope of services, including pre-design and due diligence, schematic design, design development, permitting, construction documents, contract administration, and post-construction support. The project was completed on schedule without significant delays, marking the second pickleball facility our firm has delivered in the city. YYC Pickleball offers a modern and engaging environment that caters to players of all experience levels, featuring specialized amenities and programs that enhance the overall experience for the local community.
