Melissa Krauss - Director of Business Development

Melissa Krauss is the Director of Business Development at T.i. STUDIOS Architecture, bringing 15+ years of experience in commercial architecture, client relations, and corporate growth. She plays a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening client and industry relationships, and supporting the firm’s long-term strategic direction.

Known for her relationship-focused approach, Melissa works closely with clients, brokers, consultants, and project teams to understand project goals, identify opportunities, and help move ideas forward with clarity and purpose. Her experience spans commercial interiors, industrial developments, tenant improvements, and early-stage project planning.

Melissa is also actively involved in Calgary’s commercial real estate community through CREW Calgary, part of CREW Network, a global organization focused on empowering women in commercial real estate. She will serve as President of the CREW Calgary chapter in 2027. She has recently completed her Executive MBA through the Haskayne School of Business, further strengthening her focus on business strategy, leadership, and organizational growth.
