Heather Barnsley is the Founder and Principal Architect of T.i. STUDIOS Architecture, where she leads the firm's vision, growth, and commitment to delivering meaningful projects across Western Canada. With more than 20 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and consulting, she has built a career focused on creating strong teams, trusted client relationships, and practical solutions that support long-term success.
As the owner of T.i. STUDIOS, Heather provides strategic leadership while remaining actively involved in project delivery and client engagement. She works closely with clients, consultants, Indigenous communities, developers, and public-sector organizations to navigate complex projects and align project goals with achievable outcomes. Her experience spans commercial, hospitality, multifamily residential, retail, Indigenous community development, and mixed-use developments.
Passionate about mentorship and leadership development, Heather is dedicated to creating an environment where both people and projects can thrive. She believes successful architecture is built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to strengthening the communities that projects serve.
