Heather Barnsley - President

Heather Barnsley is the Founder and Principal Architect of T.i. STUDIOS Architecture, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading architectural, interior design, and consulting teams across Western Canada. As owner of the firm, she provides strategic direction, oversees project delivery, and guides the development of systems, teams, and processes that support consistent client experiences and long-term growth.
A registered architect in multiple Canadian jurisdictions, Heather is committed to mentorship, leadership development, and continuous improvement. She works closely with clients, consultants, Indigenous communities, developers, and public-sector organizations to align project objectives with practical, achievable outcomes. Her experience spans commercial, hospitality, multifamily residential, retail, Indigenous community development, and mixed-use projects.
Known for her hands-on leadership style and focus on relationship-building, Heather is dedicated to fostering strong teams and delivering projects that positively impact the communities they serve. Heather believes successful architecture is rooted in trust, collaboration, and creating systems that enable both clients and teams to succeed.
