Roland Chan - Senior Architectural Technologist

Roland Chan is a Senior Architectural Technologist at T.I. STUDIOS Architecture, bringing over 20 years of experience across a wide range of project types and scales in Western Canada. He has been working in Calgary since 2001 and joined T.I. STUDIOS in 2021.
His expertise is primarily technical, with a strong focus on building envelope design across all construction types, including new builds as well as renovations and additions to existing buildings. He has a strong commitment to building safety, durability, and envelope performance, which remains a key focus throughout his work.
Roland is also passionate about exploring new technologies and tools to continually enhance his technical knowledge and delivery methods. As a valued member of the T.I. STUDIOS team, Roland actively shares his experience and knowledge with colleagues and contributes to the firm’s collaborative approach to project delivery. His attention to detail helps ensure projects are well coordinated, technically sound, and well executed.
