With more than seven years of experience in project management and operational leadership, Shawn plays a key role in guiding the firm's day-to-day operations. He works closely with leadership, project teams, clients, and consultants to strengthen workflows, improve visibility, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. His experience spans financial planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and the development of processes that support consistent performance across the studio.
