Shawn B. Hill is the Director of Operations at T.I. STUDIOS Architecture, bringing over seven years of experience in project management and operational leadership. As a member of the management team, he plays a central role in aligning the firm’s strategic objectives with day-to-day execution, overseeing operational systems, financial performance, and resource planning to support efficient, scalable project delivery.

Shawn works closely with the management team, project managers, production staff, clients, and consultants to align capacity, streamline workflows, and support financial performance across the studio. His responsibilities span financial planning and forecasting, workflow optimization, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Known for his systems-driven and analytical approach, he focuses on building clear, measurable processes that enhance team performance and operational consistency across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
