Tristin Mills is the Production Manager at T.i. STUDIOS Architecture, bringing over 15 years of experience in engineering design, architectural technology, and production management. Prior to joining the firm, Tristin spent six years in the potash industry, building a strong technical foundation before transitioning into architecture. Since joining T.i. STUDIOS in 2016, she has grown from a member of the production team into a leadership role focused on supporting project delivery and strengthening production processes.
As Production Manager, Tristin works closely with the production team to coordinate workloads, manage capacity, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement, she plays a key role in developing standards, streamlining workflows, and supporting consistent project outcomes across the firm.
